The former sous chef at Brockencote Hall Hotel, part of The Eden Hotel Collection, has been promoted to the role of head chef, where he will lead the team at the hotel’s three AA Rosette restaurant, The Chaddesley.
Tim Jenkins will step up to his new position from August 1, having been sous chef at the Worcestershire hotel for the past nine years, mentored by former head chef Adam Brown.
Brown was previously part of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and Le Champignon Sauvage and has now been promoted to the role of executive chef at Mallory Court, another property in The Eden Hotel Collection portfolio.
