Lyme Regis boutique hotel, The Alexandra, has been awarded a Gold medal in the Taste of the West Hospitality and Retail Awards 2014.
Already recognised in 2011, 2012, and 2013, The Alexandra now adds to its trophy cabinet once more with a gold medal this year.
The Taste of the West Awards recognise hotels, restaurants, farm shops and retailers in the South West who are passionate about the provenance and the quality of the products they make, sell or serve.
The Alexandra supports local farmers and embraces all the produce the surrounding areas have to offer, earning the hotel its Gold medal.
The hotel is set right on the coast, complete with private gardens and within walking distant to the beach.
Owner Kathryn Haskins, cover star on the August edition of Boutique Hotelier, commented: “We worry about the little things.
