To celebrate its seventh year, The Arch in London has given its bedrooms a refresh, in a bid to meet the growing demand from the savvy family and leisure markets.
The London boutique hotel, owned and operated by AB Hotels, has given a number of its rooms a revamp, with new schemes, fabrics and hand-printed wallpapers designed to help cater for the property’s large family following.
The new rooms mean that there are now a total of 24 twin bedded rooms and 20 family rooms, as well as connecting rooms and suite options.
The work began a few months’ ago and on what director Rafi Bejerano described as a ‘healthy budget’.
“One cannot cut corners in order to deliver luxury,” he says.
“At The Arch it’s imperative that our beautiful bedrooms are always maintained to the very highest order. This includes ensuring that the atmosphere and feel we try to create in our bedrooms always remains bright, colourful, elegant and homey.
“Therefore, once wear and tear becomes visible it’s time to refurbish and revamp especially considering our clients want excellence and that we need to maintain our rates and levels of business.
“Although we made some significant renovations we made sure to cater for our ever-increasing demands of leisure families and connecting rooms. This is a market that we find love the hotel and we often struggle to accommodate the demand. Hopefully our design adjustments to increase flexibility will help moving forward whilst we maintain our ethos ensuring that all guests have a fabulous warm and inviting personal authentic experience with us.”
The Arch is home to 82 bedrooms and is operated and owned alongside Sopwell House and Crowne Plaza Colchester in the AB Hotels portfolio.
