Hunter 486, the restaurant within luxury boutique hotel The Arch London, has announced plans to celebrate game season, cited as one of the most exciting times in the kitchen calendar.
The restaurant, located off Oxford Street in the capital, will be serving up a different game dish every fortnight from September 21 to December 13 to help foodies far and wide get involved.
Guests can enjoy a number of top quality game dishes, such as roast loin of royal park venison, creamed savoy cabbage and bacon, spiced poached pears and red current jus; and roasted goose breast with Brussels sprouts, smoked bacon, goose fat potatoes and caramelised apples.
The Hunter 486 à la carte menu, featuring a selection of ‘best of British’ dishes will continue to be on offer alongside the game special.
Located in the heart of the capital, the restaurant has been named after the 1950’s dialling code for the Marylebone and its decor is a combination of English heritage with contemporary style.
