Following a multi-million pound makeover, The Athenaeum Hotel has now unveiled its new corporate meeting spaces, that will also be overseen by the hotel’s Michelin-starred chefs The Galvin Brothers.
Designed by Kinnersley Kent Design, there are three new-look spaces – the Hyde Park, St James’s Park and Green Park – all offering flexible layouts and catering for various party sizes.
With the recent opening of Galvin at The Atheneaum, brothers Chris and Jeff Galvin are now at the helm of the hotel’s food and beverage offering, including the private dining space.
The newly re-designed Green Park and St James’s Park rooms are suited to smaller gatherings, seating up to 10 people boardroom style or 12 for private dining.
The Hyde Park room can be split into two separate meeting rooms, or taken as one, catering for parties up to 35 for a board meeting, 80 theatre style, 60 for private dining or 100 for a standing reception.
The new design of the meeting space reflects The Athenaeum’s Art Deco heritage, and the new extended gallery is peppered with black and white photos and Pulp Fiction inspired artwork.
