Luxury London hotel, The Capital in Knightsbridge, is inviting guests to celebrate World Whisky Day at an exclusive six-course dinner lead by the hotel’s head barman.
Taking place in the private dining room of the Michelin-starred restaurant Outlaw’s at The Capital, whisky expert Cesar da Silva will host a six-course dinner, where he will pair a carefully-selected whisky with each dish and give a brief history on every wee dram.
Da Silva has extensive experience in the drinks’ sector and is the youngest Keeper of the Quaich, putting him a great position to give guests an insight into the world of whisky.
The event takes place on Saturday 16th May and the hotel is pricing the World Whisky Dinner at £125 per person.
The evening will begin with a selection of canapés served with a new whisky cocktail created especially by da Silva to mark the occasion.
As well as this special event, da Silva also offers regular whisky and English cheese pairings to guests at the hotel and outside diners.
