Luxury London boutique, The Capital has revealed that it is to host a special fish dinner for one night only in September.
The hotel’s own head chef Nathan Outlaw will link up with seafood champions, Mitch Tonks and Mat Prowse to take over the kitchen at The Capital to cook a four-course meal paired with wines for an exclusive number of guests.
The duo will take recipes from their new Seahorse cookbook, inspired by their travels in the Mediterranean.
The hotel has priced the event at £180 per person, to include an aperitif and canapés as well as giving guests an opportunity of a Q&A session with the chefs.
The event will take place on September 21 and The Capital is offering guests who dine a reduced rate B&B to complement the evening of £269 per room.
Mitch and Mat run five restaurants across the South West, four Rockfish branches and one Seahorse restaurant in Dartmouth.
