The Doyle Collection has teamed up with Ireland-based artist Anna Nielsen to launch a new brand ambassador programme that recognises its top employees.
Each brand ambassador from the group’s eight hotels will be individually nominated for their outstanding work and service.
Nielsen has been commissioned to create a custom piece of art to be awarded to new ambassadors along with a certificate of recognition from CEO Pat King.
King said: “Each of our brand ambassadors will be rewarded not only for their efforts in going the extra mile for our guests, but also for the thoughtfulness they have shown to their colleagues.
"A team that is happy, passionate and enthusiastic is the greatest existing resource within any organisation and we have been very fortunate in having so many dedicated individuals on our team who have brought the company to where it is today.”
The ambassador programme will run alongside The Doyle Collection’s newly-implemented Proud Points scheme, an employee-recognition point system that rewards staff for going above and beyond the call of duty.
Rewards range from chocolate gifts and complimentary dinners to overnight stays at the hotels and paid annual leave.
The new schemes will span across The Doyle Collection’s properties in London, Bristol, Dublin, Cork and Washington DC this month.
