The Gingerman Group is gearing up to launch its first boutique bedrooms at its foodie pub in Hove this June.
The group, with four Sussex restaurants in total in its portfolio, is to open 11 contemporary bedrooms at The Ginger Pig, which will mark the brand’s first venture into overnight accommodation.
The Gingerman Group was started by chef Ben McKellar together with his wife and business partner Pamela McKellar in 1998, with the launch of flagship restaurant, The Gingerman, close to the seafront in Brighton.
Since then, the group has opened The Ginger Pig in Hove, The Ginger Fox in Hassocks and The Ginger Dog in Brighton and continues to go from strength to strength.
Now they are creating the first boutique bedrooms in the portfolio at The Ginger Pig, winner of Brighton and Hove’s Best Pub Food for the past three years, which will be ready to unveil in June.
The Gingerman Group website states that the McKellars have further projects planned for this year.
