The Hoxton Amsterdam is preparing for its hotly-anticipated opening, with now just 21 days until the online bookings go live.
The 111-bedroom hotel will mark the brand’s first venture onto European soil, and will be the third boutique in The Hoxton portfolio.
The Hoxton Amsterdam will overlook both the Herengracht and Singel canals and is made up of a series of five canal houses with fascinating history attached to each.
Joining The Hoxton Holborn and the original Hoxton Shoreditch in the capital, The Hoxton Amsterdam will ooze the same trendy vibe and eclectic design as its London sisters.
The design duo tasked with the transformation project is local interior stylists Nicemakers, who will ensure the hotel’s 11 bedrooms, meeting and events space and restaurant and bar are all in-keeping with the style that makes The Hoxton model such a success.
The brand first bought the former Rembrandt Classic Hotel on Amsterdam’s canal path in 2014 and the hotel has been closed since April of that year while it undergoes its extensive renovation process.
The Hoxton has also revealed that it plans to roll out boutiques in New York and Paris within the next year.
