Luxury London hotel, The Lanesborough is to open its new club and spa on March 13, as it bids to become the capital’s ‘finest private members club’.
The Lanesborough, which relaunched at the end of 2015 as part of the Oetker Collection, will open its exclusive new 18,000 sq ft spa and club next month, with individual memberships starting at £6k.
The club will be available to hotel guests and club members, with interior design practice 1508 giving the space a ‘sophisticated’ décor, with a number of social spaces including a restaurant with private dining room and a spa lounge.
Spa butlers will also be on hand to cater to guests.
Alongside the state-of-the-art gym, facilities on offer include a hydrotherapy pool, thermal suites, four treatment rooms providing a range of treatments with products created exclusively by ila for The Lanesborough Club and Spa.
The Lanesborough’s executive head chef, Florian Favario has created specialist dishes for the club and spa, such as Marinated Yellowfin Tuna or Pineapple Tomato Gazpacho with a Tartare of Green Zebra Tomato and Datterino Sorbet.
Members will also receive preferred dining rates The Lanesborough’s Michelin-starred restaurant, Céleste and guaranteed room upgrade for hotel bookings.
