The Pig in Brockenhurst has launched three new lodges on its grounds, to cater for consumers looking for a more exclusive experience.
The lodges are located on the grounds of the 29-bed boutique in Hampshire, and open up directly onto the hotel’s gardens.
Each one has been designed in The Pig’s signature style by Judy Hutson, wife of boutique hotel innovator, Robin Hutson. The lodges all come complete with rustic wood floors, woody interiors, log fires and rugs.
The Pig Lodge has a master bedroom and monsoon shower with a freestanding bath and an additional double/twin room with its own monsoon shower. The sitting rooms has forest-themed wallpaper and a wood burner giving a real country feel, while the compact kitchen comes pre-stocked with snacks, drinks and the necessary basics. The kitchen also comes complete with a Smeg fridge.
Next, Pig House is aimed at the family market, being the most spacious of the three lodges. It has a large master bedroom and a ‘piglets’ bunkroom with its own wet room. There is a spacious kitchen, with a long dining table and living area.
The third addition is The Forest Cabin, targeted towards the romantics. With wooden walls, a lime wash ceiling, cosy armchairs and a wood burner, the lodge is tucked away on its own to offer guests real privacy. The four-poster en-suite in The Forest Cabin also features a luxurious freestanding bath.
