The four-star Oaks Hotel in Porlock, Somerset has come on the market for a guide price of £1.15m.

Being brought to market by Savills on behalf of a private client, the three-story Edwardian gem is home to eight bedrooms, a bar, restaurant with 24 covers plus a lounge.

The hotel has been awarded three AA red stars and an AA Rosette dining.

The owner’s accommodation is in a separate three bedroom building, set over a ground and first floor.
