Three boutique hotels have made the shortlist for Sustainable Hotel Restaurant of the Year in the 2015 Sustainable Restaurant Association Awards (SRA).
Bistrot Bruno Loubet, The Pig in Hampshire and The Jetty – part of Harbour Hotels – in Dorset have been named as finalists in the fourth year of the awards that honour the best SRA members who have made significant accomplishments in their sustainability efforts over the past year.
The Awards consist of a total of 17 categories, including Sustainable Small Group of the Year and Sustainable Caterer of the Year, and award restaurants, cafes, pubs, bars, contract caterers, cookery schools and hotels across the UK.
The nominees have each been audited by the SRA in the last 12 months and those with the highest scores in respective areas are then crowned as winners.
The ceremony takes place at Oval Space in London on February 23rd and will bring together some of the UK’s top suppliers, chefs and hoteliers eager to see the winners receive their awards from SRA president Raymond Blanc.
