Last week saw the 2015 Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards announced to a star-studded crowd of over 200 hospitality names at Hilton Olympia, and one of the event’s top sponsors has revealed how proud she was to part of such a prestigious occasion.
The Awards, held on the first night of the Independent Hotel Show, were handed out to hard-working staff in ten categories and saw employees from the likes of The Zetter, South Place Hotel, Northcote and Seaham Hall crowned winners.
Monica Or, founder of Star Quality Hospitality who sponsored the Customer Service Star of the Year category, was delighted to be there to support the second annual Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards.
She was welcomed on stage to present the Customer Service Star accolade to the winner, Francesco Antonazzo from South Place Hotel.
