1. Luxury Snacking
Luxury snacks made with quality ingredients are a growing trend. Alongside this, the consumption of nuts has increased as consumers favour better-for-you options. "Our unique, delicious flavoured almonds have long been in demand" says Iben Büchert, Owner & Founder of Mill & Mortar. They will be showcasing this season's new flavours of nuts including Italian almonds with summer truffles and sea salt and crisp roasted almonds and hazelnuts, coated with a thin layer of salted caramel.

2. Time for Tea
According to Mintel, more than a third of under 25s say they would pay more for coffee or tea with added health benefits. Functional teas are emerging as the top better-for-you beverage. New brand teatime have introduced a range of all-natural, perfume and chemical-free gourmet herbal tea blends with trace-to-zero caffeine, for health-conscious consumers. Each blend has a specific function, from a post-workout detoxifier, an early morning pick-me-up or a digestion easing palate cleanser.

3. More is Raw
Consumers are increasingly opting for raw food snacks as a healthier choice on-the-go. Organic plant based food company launched in 2017, iRaw Healthy Habits have addressed a gap in the market for raw snacks, specialising in a range of organic, raw, plant-based food products. According to Mintel, consumers are prioritising fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains and botanicals as they aspire to healthier and cleaner lifestyles. 8. More Spice
