A traditional Scottish inn located in the north west Highlands is seeking a new owner after being put on the market with Christie + Co.

The hotel is a popular venue with tourists and comes complete with a restaurant and bar area.

The current owners have invested heavily in the Inn over the years, upgrading the rooms throughout to a high standard.

They have also developed other aspects of the business and added a new hot food takeaway cafe this year, helping to increase trade further.

Handling the sale of the property is hotel and restaurant specialist Jamie Jackson of Christie + Co’s Edinburgh office. He says: “With new plans on the horizon, the owners are now ready to pass on this excellent opportunity to the next potential owners for what is a very reasonable price at £530,000.

“Ideal for an owner/chef operator, there is even more potential to be squeezed from the business with the restaurant being developed by introducing new and exciting menus and increasing advertisement and promotions. However, even with no further investment, this business offers an excellent lifestyle with good potential earnings.”
