The Stable Cottage offers three bedrooms and The Brambles consists of three bedrooms and the ‘Den,’ which is currently set up as a family room, but could be converted into an additional bedroom.

Tim Gooding, Director at Christie & Co’s Ipswich office comments: “The business is not only of exceptional quality with three high value property assets but it is also a highly profitable operation with the scope to grow with more accommodation potential in Incleborough House in particular. We are expecting a broad range of interest to be generated from investors, operators and hospitality buyers across the market.”
