Waterford Marina Hotel sold for more than 4m Euros


The Waterford Marina Hotel in Ireland has been sold for more than 4m euros.

Christie + Co announced the sale of the three-star property to an unnamed buyer, sold on behalf of previous owners Frontline Asset Management who acquired the hotel in 1997, the same year it was first constructed.

The hotel consists of 81 bedrooms, a riverside bar and restaurant overlooking the River Suir, function room and on-site parking.

The Waterford Marina Hotel has a good reputation in the area and has had a positive few years trading.
