The Gower Hotel in Swansea is preparing to launch its new restaurant Dylan’s.
Officially opening this Saturday 28th February, the boutique hotel in Bishopston valley will invite guests to taste its new, exciting menu, which will combine a variety of classic dishes all prepared using locally-sourced ingredients.
The new restaurant has been designed with a quirky interior, which is individual and demonstrates stylish flair.
Led by head chef Ray Ziemelis, the menu will feature traditionally Welsh produce and owner Lyn Waddington hopes that the new offering will help positive the hotel as one of the must-eat-here restaurants in the area.
Speaking to Wales Online, Waddington said: “Dylan’s is proud to have attracted Ray, who is amongst some of the most talented and experienced chefs working in South Wales at the moment, having been employed in some of the top hotels around the world.
“Ray has an interest in food history and old traditional culinary methods and his skills lie in his ability to draw on his classic French training and experience, using these to develop his own original concepts and dishes for our restaurant.”
