Its situation in the centre of Yeovil makes it ideally located to attract trade from the surrounding areas – including major commercial employers within the town itself.

Matthew Smith of Christie + Co in Exeter says: “Prominently situated alongside other major leisure operators such as Cineworld, Bowlplex, Frankie & Benny’s and Pizza Hut, Citylodge enjoys a robust reputation with a high proportion of repeat bookings and recommendations throughout the year.

“A new owner will inherit a contemporarily-renovated lodge that generates adjusted net profits in the region of £95,000 with the prospect to grow the business further.”

The freehold of Citylodge is available for £625,000
