Yorkshire boutique gets top marks for romance


The winners of the inaugural Mills & Boon Romantics Awards have been announced, with a boutique hotel in the Yorkshire Dales named as the Most Romantic Venue 2015.

The awards, held in London, saw a range of businesses recognised for their romance factor across 12 categories, including Most Romantic Restaurant, Destination and Experience.

Yorebridge House in Yorkshire was awarded the Most Romantic Venue award after being judged by an expert panel that consisted of international ‘sexpert’ Tracey Cox, deputy editor of Zoe Burke and director of weddings at Quintessentially, James Lord.

Prolific entrepreneur Jacqueline Gold also provided her expertise and judged the entries for Most Romantic Entrepreneur.

12-bedroom boutique Yorebridge House has been awarded many titles over the years, and currently boasts a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and 5 Gold Stars Restaurant with Rooms status from the AA.
