London hospitality operator, Young’s has re-opened The Orange Tree hotel and pub in Richmond-upon-Thames, following an investment of £1.7m to add 13 boutique bedrooms to its offering.

The hotel is the latest addition to Young’s growing portfolio of pubs with rooms in the capital and surrounding counties.

Working closely with Fusion by Design, The Orange Tree’s decor is influenced by the local green spaces of Richmond Park and Kew Gardens with botanical details and the pub’s strong links with rugby, given its close proximity to Twickenham Stadium.

The hotel’s 13 design-led boutique bedrooms include three feature rooms and a family suite with its own dressing area. In-room facilities such as Hypnos beds, flat screen TVs with Sky Plus, complimentary WiFi, fully-stocked mini-bars and Algotherm toiletries come as standard, while additions of king-sized beds, roll-top baths and large walk-in showers are available within the feature rooms and family suite.

Andy Nash, operations director of Young’s Hotels says: “We’re excited about expanding our collection of boutique hotels and the considerable investment we’ve put into The Orange Tree demonstrates our commitment to our hotel estate. We are confident that The Orange Tree will deliver the wow factor, and will appeal to both locals and visitors.”
