A hotel near Weston super Mare has reopened after under new ownership following a major refurbishment.
The Grange, owned by Bristol property entrepreneurs Mike and Sally Zamparelli, opened its doors last week after a four-month renovation which saw its interiors and facilities given a complete makeover.
Formerly The Battleborough Grange, the hotel has been given a new roof, new bar and its 26 bedrooms upgraded with a new look.
Head chef Gary Dallas, who previously worked for the Royal Family, has been brought up to head up the kitchen and Barn restaurant.
“We have completed a substantial four-month refurbishment of the hotel, introducing a new look and feel that makes The Grange ideal for hotel stays and special functions,” Mike told Burnham-On-Sea.com at the opening evening last week.
Brother and sister Guido and Danniella Zamparelli are managing the new-look hotel.
Danniella, who has previously worked in hospitality, adds: “It’s an exciting new venture for us after a busy few months completing the renovations.”
The Battleborough Grange closed suddenly in August 2017 and went on the market soon after.
