Hotel Football has appointed a new general manager.
Chris Hull joins the 133-bedroom hotel with more than 20 years’ experience in the hotel sector, having worked in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool and Chester.
His most recent position was as GM at the Mercure Atlantic Tower Hotel in Liverpool, where he oversaw the £2.5m renovation of the property.
Hotel Football is managed by GG Hospitality and is jointly owned by former Manchester United teammates, Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Phil Neville and Nicky Butt, plus Singapore businessman Peter Lim.
In addition to its 133 bedrooms, Hotel Football features ground floor restaurant Cafe Football and a number of meeting and events spaces, including a rooftop football pitch and Old Trafford Supports Club in the lower ground floor.

GG Hospitality is a hospitality management company which is co-owned by Singaporean businessman Peter Lim, Gary Neville and Ryan Giggs, founded in 2013.
The business now manages and operates a growing portfolio of hospitality concepts, including Cafe Football, Hotel Football Old Trafford as well as GG Events and Catering (venues include Manchester Cathedral, the National Football Museum and Salford City FC).
This year will see the launch of new boutique hotel, Stock Exchange Hotel in Manchester, complete with a Tom Kerridge restaurant.
