Owner of The Scarlet champions change in Boutique Hotelier’s bumper October issue

Emma Stratton, the owner of luxury eco-hotel The Scarlet in Cornwall is championing change in the hospitality industry and bidding for a staffing shake-up to encourage more people into a career in hospitality.

Stratton, who celebrates the hotel’s 10th anniversary is the cover star for this month’s bumper edition of Boutique Hotelier, and shares her thoughts on how hotels can drive change in terms of employee wellbeing and challenge the concept of luxury.
