A luxury Warwickshire hotel has completed the first phase of its £2.5m renovation project, as it looks to capitalise further on the weddings market.
Billesley Manor Hotel has given its wedding suite a makeover, with a selection of bedrooms and spa areas given a new look, as part of the ongoing development.
Following a £1m refurbishment of the Topiary Suite, the hotel is now well prepared to host weddings with a capacity of up to 125 guests.
Jo Reeves, sales and marketing director at Billesley Manor, said: “We are thrilled with the first phase of refurbishments and we cannot wait to welcome lots of newly engaged couples through the door for a tour of our gorgeous new wedding suite. The bedrooms also look stunning and we can’t wait for the rest of the bedrooms to be redone to follow suit.”
The six refurbished bedrooms are located in the external historic barns, featuring exposed wooden beans.
The spa areas have also had a facelift with a new reception area, as well as new furniture that now surrounds the pool.
The hotel’s first phase of refurbishments has cost a total of £2.5m this year alone, with phase two set to take place next spring where a further 35 bedrooms will be renovated.
