Luxury Scottish hotels, Greywalls and Inverlochy Castle have joined the Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH) consortium as part of its latest cohort of properties.
Joining as two of five new members this month, Inverlochy Castle and Greywalls are both home to legendary Roux restaurants and are part of management company, Inverlochy Castle Management International.
Inverlochy Castle is housed in a 19th century mansion comprising 17 bedrooms and restaurant, Albert and Michel Roux Jr at Inverlochy Castle.
Greywalls and Chez Roux is an Edwardian country house on the edge of the Muirfield golf course designed by Sir Edward Lutyens. The property features a walled garden including a tennis course, croquet lawn and dedicated whisky room, as well as the Chez Roux restaurant, which is overseen by chef Albert Roux.
The Small Luxury Hotels of the World consortium consists of more than 500 independently minded hotels in 80 countries.
