Iconic Luxury Hotels has announced the appointment of Ian Richardson as the new general manager of 11 Cadogan Gardens in London.
Richardson joins from the Jumeriah Group, and the role of general manager as the Jumeriah Carlton Tower where he has been since 2019, having overseen a complete refurbishment at the property.
He also boasts experience across the portfolio at Jumeriah Lowndes Hotel in 2011 and Grosvenor House Suites by Jumeriah in 2014-15, as well as opening the group’s flagship property in Asia.
Richardson replaces Solomon Khaddour at 11 Cadogan Gardens, who was previously general manager for eight years from January 2012.

11 Cadogan Gardens comprises 56 bedrooms and the Hans’ Bar and Grill, spread across four Victorian townhouses.
11 Cadogan Gardens is a member of Iconic Luxury Hotels, which also includes Chewton Glen in the New Forest, Cliveden House in Berkshire and The Lygon Arms in the Cotswolds.
This October, Iconic Luxury Hotels will debut The Mayfair Townhouse, a new London property situated on Green Park.
