With eight former Staffordshire Police premises going on sale, ambitious hoteliers, property developers and occupiers are presented with the opportunity to acquire one or more of the properties.

Strategic property consultancy Jon Flowith & Partners has been instructed to market the eight buildings, which can be bought individually or as a group portfolio.

They are located centrally within both town centre and affluent village locations, comprising attractive buildings and exciting development opportunities in: Wombourne, Stone, Eccleshall, City of Stoke-on-Trent – adjoining Sainsbury’s, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Blythe Bridge, Tunstall and Kinver.

Elizabeth Gibson-Flowith of Jon Flowith & Partners comments: “The varied, highly commutable locations of these former police properties represent an exciting opportunity for both occupiers and developers. Many, including Wombourne, Eccleshall, and Kinver, are in top residential locations, whilst affluent Stone is regarded as the ‘foodie capital’ of north Staffordshire.

Elizabeth concludes: “There is currently a shortage of stock and it isn’t every day that properties as unique as these are available to be purchased.”

The properties are available by informal tender, and unconditional bids are sought for the properties by Monday 8th July 2019.
