Brasserie Abode is to launch at ABode Manchester this Friday, marking the Andrew Brownsword Hotels’ venture’s first opening in the UK.
The new eatery will be a relaxed, all-day venue in the style of a grand European brasserie and bar, with leather, polished brass and a contemporary vibe set over two floors.
The new concept, overseen by Alan Swinson, group associate director, food and beverage of Andrew Brownsword Hotels, will be rolled out to other Abode properties across the UK following the launch in Manchester this week.
From bircher muesli, smoothies and pressed juices for breakfast, to Eggs Benedict for brunch, lunch and dinner options will feature dishes including classic Coq au vin or Confit duck alongside Crustacea, oysters and steaks, as well as a Prix Fixe menu offering two courses for £12.50.
The restaurant and bar will be open until the small hours, offering craft beers and an extensive wine list, with mixologists on hand to create cocktails.
