The Atlantic Hotel, Jersey has announced the appointment of Jaroslav Sedlacek as new food & beverage manager.
Relocating to Jersey from the Michelin-starred Tudor Room at Great Fosters Hotel in Surrey, Sedlacek brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, holding a Diploma from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET).
His appointment at The Atlantic Hotel completes the new food and beverage team, where Sedlacek will introduce wine tasting events, a new cocktail list featuring seasonal ingredients, and further development of the wine list which features more than 500 wines from around the world.
Commenting on Sedlacek’s appointment, The Atlantic Hotel’s owner and managing director Patrick Burke said: “We are delighted to welcome Jaroslav to The Atlantic.
