A new head chef has joined the ranks at the Barnsdale Hall Hotel.
Tim Luff has been appointed to head up the kitchen at the three-star hotel.
He boasts experience at the likes of Exeter Arms in Barrowden and The Yard in Stamford.
Luff’s most recent role was at the Olive Branch where he worked his work up through the ranks over the past 10 years.
Sales and marketing manager at the hotel, Richard Hughes, said: “Tim Luff joins the re-energised Barnsdale Hall Hotel team.
“He crafted his skills at the Olive Branch for over 10 years, working from a commis chef to head chef as well as other hospitality venues around the local area and will rebuild the kitchen brigade with new ideas.
“He is hoping to transform the food that is being served at the hotel.”
Luff has also worked at The Fishes in North Hinksey, near Oxford, as well as Harvey Nichols in Leeds.
