Bath boutique scoops title of South West’s Best Hotel


The Queensberry Hotel in Bath has won the award for the ‘Best Hotel’ in food magazine’s food reader awards 2015.

The only hotel in Bath to make it into the top three, The Queensberry Hotel beat off stiff competition from the likes of Merchants Manor in Cornwall and The Two Bridges Hotel in Devon to be crowned the best in the south west.

The award was decided for by the readers of food magazine and the food Insider’s Guide website and saw more than 40,000 votes cast by consumers choosing their best hotel in the south west.

The Queensberry Hotel’s owner Laurence Beere, said: “We like to think we offer the perfect package at The Queensberry Hotel and Olive Tree Restaurant so to win is a fantastic achievement. The fact that the awards are judged by readers and diner themselves makes it all the more special.”
