‘Bath butler’ taps into luxury to round off multi-million pound renovation at Caer Rhun Hall

Grade-II listed Caer Rhun Hall in Conway, North Wales has introduced a new ‘bath butler’ service as part of its multi-million pound refurbishment.

The 23-bedroom hotel, which has been renovated by new owners, Northern Powerhouse Developments, will take guest luxury to new levels by offering the special service, which will include a staff member running the bath, providing locally-sourced bath bombs, as well as champagne and treats on tap.

The new addition will be available in four feature rooms at the 19th century hotel, with a new luxury villa due to open later this month.

General Manager Aled Humphreys says: “We have got four feature rooms in Caer Rhun Hall which have got the slipper baths in stunning bay windows overlooking the hotel’s manicured grounds.

“A member of our team will come in and run the water and guests will be able to pick a theme of the bath bombs and other pampering products to go in it.

“The products are provided by local company You’re Gorgeous and there will be a themed menu to choose from – such as relax, revitalise, wake up.

“As well as the bath, we will provide with a glass of champagne or prosecco. We will have local Aber Falls gin and tonic plus ice cream from Llandudno on offer too.”

Caer Rhun Hall is part of Northern Powerhouse Developments’ North Wales portfolio, which also includes the Llandudno Bay Hotel and The Belmont in the nearby seaside town.
