Leading UK towelling specialist BC Softwear has bolstered its management team in a bid to continue the company’s growth across the UK and Europe.
Due to continued growth and expansion across these territories, BC Softwear has appointed a new account manager as well as a new customer services manager.
Henry Battimelli joins the team as its new account manager while Lorraine Engel steps in as a customer services manager.
Battimelli boasts industry experience from the likes of Clean Linen Services, which gives him an excellent grounding in operations and textiles. Battimelli has also previously worked in a customer services team, which the company claims gives him a great set of skills to bring to the business and will help him build BC Softwear’s reputation for customer service experience.
Engel’s background has primarily been working within the FMCGsector for the second largest coffee company in the world.
Engel commented: “My wealth of experience as a customer services manager would only enhance upon the excellent customer service that BC Softwear Ltd had become renowned for. Having been part of a 700-people project for an implementation of a new computer system, going back to being a customer services manager was a breath of fresh air and something I am very passionate about.”
