Beachfront boutique hotel in Cornwall on the market for £3m

Atlantic House, a boutique beachfront hotel, bar and restaurant in Polzeath, North Cornwall, has gone on the market for a guide price of in excess of £3m.

Savills is marketing the 12-bedroom boutique hotel and nine privately-owned apartments on behalf of the venue’s family owners.

The ground floor of the business is home to a new restaurant and bar space, with the capacity for 200 covers and the potential to recreate the famous ‘Doom Bar’.
