Or, who first partnered with Boutique Hotelier in 2015, will once again support the Customer Service Star accolade at the 2019 ceremony held in London on the first night of the Independent Hotel Show.

Rehegoo Music Group is to sponsor the Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards for the first time, throwing support behind one of the industry’s most anticipated events of the year.
The company is a globally recognised music publisher that specialises in producing and distributing the musical work of up and coming artists via digital music stores, streaming services and sync platforms. Its Rehegoo Streaming Platform also provides bespoke mood/background music for the hospitality industry.
It was founded in 2014 by Italian entrepreneur, Marco Rinaldo, and said it was ‘thrilled’ to part of the Personal Service Star Awards to celebrate the shining stars of the hotel industry at the event on October 15th.

Guest amenities supplier Out of Eden has come on board to support the Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards for the second time, sponsoring the final accolade of the night.

Charity partner – Room to Reward
Room to Reward is a unique charity created to give something back and say ‘thank you’ to volunteers who give up their time and make a difference to those in need.
Up and down the country, there are so many people helping, caring and loving others. The simple initiative takes a wasted asset and uses it to recognise these Hidden Heroes.
Room to Reward partners with hotels across the U.K who donate their anticipated unsold rooms to the scheme. Charities and community groups then nominate their Hidden Heroes for a well-earned short break.
Over 475 hotels throughout the U.K. have joined the initiative. Collectively, they have donated in excess of £500,000 worth of breaks in unsold rooms to more than 900 inspirational volunteers from over 500 charities.
Together, we’re making a little bit of a difference to those who make such a huge difference to others.
