Elliott, who joined the hotel n 2014, told BH that he wants to make the hotel ‘the number one resort in UK and Ireland’ and is pulling out all the stops to get there, with the ongoing refurbishment of the hotel’s bedrooms, a fantastic team at the helm of the kitchen, £1m spa garden that is going from strength to strength and more plans for expansion later this year.
