The Michelin-star restaurant Bohemia, at The Club Hotel in Jersey, is taking its business to new heights with the launch of its rooftop cocktail garden.
The new space is home to plants that provide ingredients for the hotel’s new cocktail list, with mint, thyme, lavender, sage and strawberries all grown in the garden.
The outdoor terrace won’t just be open for the summer, as guests will still be able to enjoy the space all year round with a fireplace on the colder evenings.
The restaurant, which is headed up by Steve Smith who has held a Michelin star for more than 15 years, has also created a new bar menu, including dishes such as potted salmon and shrimps, lamb and pea ragout; chicken and coconut curry and steak and chips.
Bohemia takes its home in boutique hotel The Club Hotel and Spa in Jersey and was previously run by head chef Shaun Rankin, who has now gone on to operate his own restaurant in the town.
