Boutique Hotel Group bolsters online presence to strengthen growth plans


The company which operates venues such as Peckforton Castle and Nunsmere Hall has refined its online strategy with the appointment of a new web agency to drive growth.

The family-owned group, has tasked Cube3 with a full website redevelopment and paid media strategies for the two flagship hotel properties in Cheshire.

Peckforton Castle and Nunsmere are owned and operated by the Naylor family, with sales and marketing director Matthew Naylor saying that the appointment of Cube3 will help to ‘support visions and growth plans’.

The agency will also carry out paid media activity across display, social media and PPC, which Naylor says is already seeing ‘immediate results’.

Last year, BHG recorded a strong 12 months in business for the year end 31 October 2017. Revenue increased over 16% to £9,911,214 and operating profit grew by over £500k.

Peckforton Castle is a Grade-I listed, four-star hotel, which accommodates over 180 weddings per annum. The hotel has 48 bedrooms, a 3 AA Rosette restaurant and a spa.

Nunmere Hall was acquired in 2015 by the group and is a four-star hotel with a 2 AA Rosette restaurant.
