Boutique Hotelier gets behind leading hospitality marketeers to support regional workshops

Three of the UK’s top hospitality marketing businesses have joined forces to offer a series of free-to-attend marketing workshops to support the needs of hoteliers around the country.

The sessions, supported by Boutique Hotelier, will see marketing consortium, Best Loved Hotels, PR agency Custard Communications and digital marketing agency DHM share their expertise and encourage debate as part of a programme of four events held in major regions of the UK.

The one-hour workshops followed by ‘lunch and learn’ session will focus on how hoteliers can improve business through marketing for 2019 and beyond.

Petra Clayton launched Custard Communications in 2007 to combat the churn of PR and champion clever campaigns for independent hotels needing strategic support as well as delivery.

Having achieved over 96% direct bookings in his own hotel – The Cranleigh Boutique – Adam Hamadache launched hotel digital marketing agency DHM in 2013 to help independent hotels reduce their over-reliance on commissionable bookings and secure more lucrative direct business.
