Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards shortlist REVEALED: Reservations / Revenue Manager


We can now reveal another five staff members who have been shortlisted for a Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Award.

Now we can announce the shortlist for the category of Reservations / Revenue Manager of the Year, sponsored by Avvio, after going through hundreds of nominations to decide on the finalists.

All this week we will be revealing who has made the shortlist for a total of 11 category awards, with the finalists for Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager announced on Monday; and Housekeeping Manager and Front of House Manager unveiled Tuesday; and yesterday saw Concierge and Customer Service star revealed.

From country house hotels, to boutiques in the city, managers, owners and staff were eager to give their employees the recognition they deserve.

We can now reveal that the five finalists who have made the shortlist for Reservations / Revenue Manager of the Year, sponsored by Avvio, as:

Jo Kelly – The William Cecil

Diana Tysoe – Barns Hotel Bedford

Sarah Kleger – 11 Cadogan Gardens

Freya Coffey – Aviator – a hotel by TAG

Alessandra Leoni – Nadler Hotels Group

Now with the shortlist announced, the winner will be decided by a judging panel – consisting of five top industry experts – which will then be revealed at the Boutique Hotelier Personal Service Star Awards on October 17 at Hilton Olympia.

The event, taking place on the first day of Independent Hotel Show 2017, is free to attend for hoteliers and staff and will be a night of free-flowing Champagne and canapés.
