Bristol property entrepreneurs reopen closed hotel after major refurb


A hotel near Weston super Mare has reopened after under new ownership following a major refurbishment.

The Grange opened its doors last week after a four-month renovation which saw its interiors and facilities given a complete makeover.

Formerly The Battleborough Grange, the hotel has been given a new roof, new bar and its 26 bedrooms upgraded with a new look.

Head chef Gary Dallas, who previously worked for the Royal Family, has been brought up to head up the kitchen and Barn restaurant.  

The Battleborough Grange closed suddenly in August 2017 and went on the market soon after.
