As part of the change, Brown’s will ‘embrace the ongoing evolution of British cuisine’ and introduce a new menu that celebrates contemporary British cooking with European influences.

Byatt will continue his role as chef proprietor of Michelin starred Trinity restaurant in Clapham in London, as well as Upstairs at Trinity and his British Neighbourhood Bistro, Bistro Union.

The hotel described the new partnership as a ‘natural synergy’ with an ‘exciting culinary journey ahead’.
