In possession of a passionate, stable team who consistently deliver superlative levels of service, No.15 is recognised as one of the best boutique hotels in the South West, supported by winning the gold award for Large Hotel of the Year at the Bristol, Bath and Somerset Tourism Awards in November, silver award at the South West Tourism Awards in February and our TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

Jonathan’s passionate about providing genuine and authentic experiences for guests and instills his love for hospitality in the No.15 team.
