We audit all entries to Profit and Loss accounts and Balance Sheet, check bank reconciliations and cost of sales and report upon exception items posted, and unexpected variances, providing assurance to stakeholders that all financial information is accurate and managed effectively.
Where our clients have robust internal controls, authorisations etc, we review compliance and tailor audit programmes to reflect their standard requirements. Where controls are lacking we can write Standard Operating Procedures, provide training, and monitor compliance.
A review of accounts payable and accounts receivable departments are standard sections of our audit programme, checking for overpayments, commission claims and inaccurate accruals.
In addition, we can provide Food and Beverage stock check programmes, enabling clients to review cost of sales in real time, and ensure that budgeted gross profits are accurate and achievable.
We can work with an operators current audit program or we can provide our own program tailored to the specific requirements of each company
