Will Holland, executive chef at The Atlantic Hotel in Jersey, will head to Thailand for a guest chef stint at The Nai Harn Phuket in January.
Holland will travel to the Asia during The Atlantic Hotel’s annual closure, to ‘showcase his culinary expertise’ across a programme of events at the The Nai Harn’s two fine dining restaurants Cosmo and Rock Salt.
Mark Jones, executive chef at The Nai Harn invited Holland after successful prior guest chef events together and 2019 marks the third year he has travelled to the hotel.
Holland has designed five daily specials for Rock Salt restaurant from January 19 to January 25 and will also host a canape party atop the infinity-edged Reflections Rooftop Bar.
He will finally host a ‘dining under the stars’ guest chef dinner on January 23.
