Cliff House Hotel appoints new operations manager used to life in the fast lane


Southbourne boutique, Cliff House Hotel has announced the appointment of operations manager, Frederic Dallot, who joins the hotel fresh from life in the fast lane at with Formula 1 racing.

The 14-bed hotel welcomes Dallot to the newly-created role to ‘develop and expand the core ethos of the hotel’.

Dallot has a wealth of experience in the industry. Including his most recent role as hospitality manager for the F1 team, Dallot has managed some top hotels including Hotel 41 and Summer Lodge Hotel, and worked as a head waiter at Jean Bardet and Auberge du Signal.

Tim Seward general manager commented: “We are delighted to welcome Frederic to the team here at Cliff House Hotel. His expertise, passion for customer service and attention to detail, will further enhance the customer experience that is so important to all the staff here at Cliff House.”

Cliff House Hotel became the debut UK property to join Hotel de Charme et de Caractère in May 2016.
