Stratton House Hotel in Bedfordshire town of Biggleswade, has been brought to the market through Christie & Co.

Occupying a three storey, detached property which dates back to the 17th century, Stratton House Hotel comprises 31 bedrooms, a recently refurbished bar and restaurant, function room and reception area.

The current owners are looking to find an experienced operator to take over a new lease.

Currently closed, the hotel previously traded well and benefitted from positive reviews on TripAdvisor, presenting a new operator with the opportunity to build on the hotel’s reputation and further increase trade.
